1950s SL team issued Magistroni track BB spindle. Magistroni was ubiquitous in Italy until Campagnolo introduced their alloy cotterless Gran Sport cranks in the late 50s.
It measures 120 mm and is stamped "Bianchi NC 1-40." NC=NikCrom. Weighs 150 grams.
