Frame size 63x56 cm c-c. Seat post diameter is 27.2 mm. Intended for 700c wheels. But is a great candidate for possible 650B conversion--see last 2 photos.
Original Blue Paint, Badge, Chrome Tange fork. Left chain stay has tire rub mark on inside--see pic. And there is a small chip under the right shifter from front brake caliper.
New Lotus Decals. As was typical of Lotus, the original decals flaked off. Metallic Champion and Tsunoda stickers are original.
*Includes the original Suntour shifters and seat binder bolt. Replacement Shimano BB and later 1980s Superbe Pro Headset are also included. $300 USD.

For perspective, frame is shown with 650B wheels and 650Bx38 tires. 38s have tight clearance. 650x36 would be a better choice. Possibly fenders would clear 650Bx32?
